I'm using my 365 Project for a number of things really. Mostly it's to improve and practice my photography, but it's also to document the year as best I can. Today I went on the first day of a week long DAFNE (Dose Adjustment For Normal Eating) course relating to my insulin pump. This is the front of the course material.

Today's picture is kind of in tandem with my the post on my other blog. After tomorrow, I won't be using the insulin pen that's been a part of my life for the last 11 years
